Forfar is easy to get to from Dundee and Aberdeen, via the A90.

From Forfar, you can visit Glamis Castle, famous for being the legendary setting of Shakespeare’s Macbeth, visit the animals at Murton Farm or enjoy a farm tour at Newton Farm.

Visit the indoor Angus Farmers’ Market which takes place on the second Saturday of every month, where you can buy delicious local food.
