Calling all adventure enthusiasts! Angus is home to many outdoor activities to get involved in, with watersports off the coast, hillwalking in the atmospheric hills and glens, and even city adventures around iconic sites and attractions.
One of the world’s most anticipated cultural attractions, the V&A Dundee is set to open in September 2018 complete with exhibitions, displays, collections and more to inspire your creativity.
Head to Lunan Bay and explore the picturesque beach that has attracted a variety of visitors to its shores, from ferocious Vikings to curious travellers like yourself, it’s a popular place for everyone. Spot the ruined Red Castle perched on the cliff top overlooking the bay, which once was a lookout for Viking invaders.

Hop aboard the Caledonian Railway from the Brechin Station and travel to Bridge of Dun.

Day two starts bright and early with a farm tour at Newton Farm Holidays, before a morning of hiking through the Angus Glens.
